The State of Florida’s Division of Emergency Management is excited to introduce Florida’s Learning Exchange (FLEX). FLEX represents Florida’s future in training and education across the state and provides a consistent and intuitive instructional platform for both Florida’s instructors and learners.

This transition will allow the Florida Division of Emergency Management to continue its tradition of providing the highest caliber of training to its learners and to support instructors through full life-cycle course management. Please review the FLEX Overview for additional information regarding the system and FDEM’s next steps.
