	This guide is an Instructional Training for Points of Distribution (POD) – The goal of this training is to: • provide foundational guidance for County Emergency Managers who will conduct Point of Distribution (POD) operations during an activation • to include standard operating procedures and best management practices This course will require participants to engage in problem-solving discussions to strategically plan for PODs in both notice and no-notice activations.
