Name FL-681 Survivor Assistance (previously FL-614) : ( FL-681)
Description This course provides an in-depth overview of the key responsibilities and processes involved in recovery operations for individuals and households affected by disaster. It covers the establishment and operation of long-term recovery groups (LTRGs) and multi-agency resource centers (MARC), the role of volunteer organizations, and the integration of recovery partner organizations. Participants will gain valuable knowledge on survivor assistance impacts and the recovery efforts necessary to rebuild communities, both in the short and long term.

Target Audience Emergency Managers
Mass Care Coordinators
Human Services and Social Services Personnel
County and Municipal Administrators
Local entities responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting recovery efforts for individuals and households
Additional Information Course Time: 01:30 PM - 05:00 PM (local time). The EOC can be a little chilly at times so layer appropriately. No perfumes or scents please.
