Name G-300 post 5/10/2019 Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents
Description
PreRequisite Students wishing to take the 2019 V G-300 course must possess the following pre-requisite courses to apply: IS-100C, IS-200.C, IS-700.B, and IS-800.D IS-100 C Introduction to the Incident Command System, ICS 100 IS-200 C Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response IS-700 B An Introduction to the National Incident Management System IS-800 D National Response Framework An Introduction
Target Audience • Individuals who may assume a supervisory role in expanding incidents or Type 3 incidents • Note: During a Type 3 incident, some or all of the Command and General Staff positions may be activated, as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level positions • These incidents may extend into multiple Operational Periods
Additional Information This course provides training on and resources for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses. 2019 Version of G-300 8:00 – 5:00 each day
