Name L-105 Public Information Basics : ( L-105)
Description To equip participants with the skills needed to be full or part-time PIOs, including oral and written communications; understanding and working with the media; and basic tools and techniques to perform effectively as a PIO, both in the proactive/ advocacy times and crisis/emergency response.
PreRequisite -29a or IS-0029a or IS-29 or IS-29.a or IS-29.A
Target Audience
Additional Information Class times are from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM daily. All participants will be screened by Deputies prior to being taken to the EOC. Course information will be emailed to participants prior to the course start.
