Name Basic Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Tr : ( Basic Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Tr)
Description "Community Emergency Response Teams", CERT- 317, is a course that serves as an introduction to CERT for those wanting to complete training or as a refresher for current team members.CERT Program educated citizens about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light serach and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.
PreRequisite
Target Audience Colleges and University, Schools (clubs/organizations), Neighborhoods, scout Group, Faith-based Organizations, Community Organizations, Business and Industry, Individuals, Anyone wishing to be better prepared in the event of an emergency
Additional Information Class information is as follows: All regualr classes will be held on Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The last class will be the final/practical exam and will be held on Saturday Dec 6th from 10:00am - 4:00pm. The Location of the last class will be: Rolling Oaks Park 1317 NW 183rd Street Miami Gardens, Fl 33169 **** This class is open to residents of MIAMI GARDENS ONLY. Please Contact Cassandra Fenelon for futher details and approval if you live outside the city limits. ****
