Name G-400 post 5/10/19 Advanced ICS Command & General Staff: Complex Incidents : ( G-400 post 5/10/19)
Description This course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). The course expands upon information covered in ICS-100 through ICS-300 courses. Personnel must have completed the following ICS courses or an equivalent to these courses: ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300, ICS-700, and ICS-800.
PreRequisite -100 C. or IS-100.c
Target Audience During a Type 3 incident, some or all of the Command and General Staff positions may be activated, as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level positions
These incidents may extend into multiple Operational Periods
This course may be required by local jurisdictions, law enforcement agencies, fire rescue departments, etc and be taken to conform to DHS/NIMS/State guidelines or other requirements set forth by credentialing organizations
Additional Information Class times will be 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day
