Additional Information Training Overview This intensive 3-day in-person training guides participants through the comprehensive PrepToolkit Exercise Builder experience. Day-1 features step-by-step follow-along instruction on basic tool functionality. On Day 2, attendees create and conduct their own functional exercise from scratch. Day-3 focuses exclusively on skill building with the Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) in the MSEL manager role. Designed for both beginners and experienced users, this comprehensive course develops the technical proficiency needed to design and manage complex exercises using all aspects of the PrepToolkit platform. Each day builds upon another as the training progresses and each participant will have their opportunity in every phase of exercise building and in the Exercise Builder tool. Training Description The 3-Day In-Person Exercise Builder training focuses specifically on building the necessary skills to become a proficient in Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) development and in the MSEL Manager role as well as a general exercise planning team member. Participants will progress through a tiered learning approach that builds technical proficiency in creating, organizing, and implementing dynamic exercise scenarios and situations. Through hands-on activities and practical applications, attendees will develop the skills needed to effectively and confidently become a MSEL Manager.
