Target Audience
Training Supplies To ensure a successful training day, please plan to bring a laptop device and charger as well as a phone with the Crisis Track Application downloaded ahead of the training
Session 1: Crisis Track Application Administrator Training Target Audience includes personnel responsible for: • Setting up new users and maintaining access and permissions for current users within Crisis Track • Setting up and maintaining locally maintained employee and equipment inventories that support Crisis Track's cost documentation capabilities • Setting up, maintaining, or managing preplanned incident resources and operations for their department's disaster response and recovery responsibilities
Course Objectives enable participants to be able to perform Crisis Track workflows that: • Add, edit users, and maintain application user lists • Create, close, and reopen active incidents • Create and maintain locally maintained application data - employee, equipment, and department inventories • Create and maintain preplanned disaster resources and response and recovery operational tasks
Session 2: Crisis Track Console Application Operations Training Target Audience includes personnel responsible for: • Managing the conduct of disaster response and recovery operations • Performing operational analysis during the conduct of disaster response and recovery operations • The submission of disaster grants documents during the recovery phase of Federally Declared Disasters Course Objectives enable participants to be able to perform Crisis Track workflows that: • Assign, manage, and monitor preplanned and incident specific disaster response recovery tasks and resources • Creation of common disaster reports and sharing of situational awareness information internally and externally • Creation of required FEMA forms and reports and Public Assistance Disaster Grant forms • Performance of internal disaster data QA/QC processes
