Description
This course provides an in-depth exploration of Public Assistance (PA) eligibility costs, with a specific focus on Category A-B work. It integrates the F-ROC approach to enhance understanding and implementation. Designed for local officials and staff managing FEMA's Public Assistance Grants Program, the course equips participants with essential knowledge and strategies to navigate PA eligibility determinations effectively. Note: This course is part of the Public Assistance Course Series (PACS). To earn the PACS Certificate, you must complete FL-603(f), 608(f), and 609(f) courses. Once you have attended and received your certificate for all three courses, please email FDEM-RecoveryTraining@em.myflorida.com to request your transcript be reviewed for a PACS Certificate.
