Name L-449 Incident Command System (ICS) Curricula Train-the-Trainer : ( L-449)
Description Successful completion of this course authorizes the individual to instruct the most recent versions of... 100, 200, 300, 400, 191 & 402. The goal of this 40-hour course, L449 Incident Command System (ICS) Curricula Train-the-Trainer, is designed to prepare instructors to deliver Incident Command System Curricula related training courses. The learner must achieve a minimum passing score of 80% on final knowledge assessments or demonstrate mastery on performance assessments or research assignments to earn the IACET CEU.

Formal instructor training is required. Examples are the MGT-323, G-141, Fire Fighter I, II, III, M-410 or some other adult instructor development course. Please contact the course manager if you have questions about the pre-requisites.
Target Audience Participants who have a working knowledge of ICS through experience and training and have experience delivering adult training
Participants must have worked as Incident Command, Command or General Staff positions on incidents, planned events, or exercises that were active for multiple operational periods or involved a written action plan, and involved multiagency coordination
Additional Information Applications will not be accepted after 4/11/2025. Class will be from 830P-530P daily. Dress Code is Business Casual or uniform. No t-shirts or jeans. Students will need a laptop during this course. They WILL NOT be provided by the host facility. Participant’s cannot miss more than 10% of the class. (3hours and 30 mins.) Students will be required to attend a pre-course familiarization Webinar for technical checks and course information. Classrooms tend to run cold, so bring sweater/jacket if needed.
