Name Strategy and Tactics of Air Monitoring for the Hazardous Materials Technician

PreRequisite
Target Audience This course reviews the fundamentals and advanced techniques of air monitoring strategies and tactics for the hazardous materials technician and follows through the latest technology including CBRNE / WMD
These strategies are then worked through in scenario-based breakouts for over the road haulers, rail and commercial/residential fixed facilities
The course review air monitoring strategies and tactics and limitations to include 4 and 5 gas meters, colorimetric, chemical papers, CBRNE / WMD detection, flame and photo ion detection, calibration / bump test, hazard one modeling using instrumentation, and safety considerations while conducting air monitoring in different PPE
Additional Information 9am to 5pm 8-hour classes repeated daily three days in a row Students only need to attend one session
