Name L-950 NIMS ICS All-Hazards Incident Commander : ( L-950)
Description This course is designed to provide local and state-level emergency responders with a robust understanding of the duties, responsibilities, and capabilities of an effective Incident Commander (IC) on an All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT). These responsibilities fall into two categories: 1) responding to the incident and the command needs of the incident, and 2) effectively fulfilling the position responsibilities of an Incident Commander on an All-Hazards IMT.
PreRequisite IS-100.c or IS-100 C, and IS-200.c or IS-200 C, and IS-700.b or IS-700 B, and IS-800.d or IS-800 D, and G-300, and G-400
Target Audience Target audience:Includes Emergency Management Officials, Fire Service, Law Enforcement, Hospital Staff, Emergency Medical Services
Additional Information Class will be on non-consecutive days. Class will begin at 08:00 and end by 17:00 each day. Dates will be: Day 1 - 4/1/2025 Day 2 - 4/3/2025 Day 3 - 4/8/2025 Day 4 - 4/10/2025 Day 5 - 4/15/2025
