Description This course provides an overview of Public Assistance (PA) eligibility costs, with a specific focus on Category C-G work, and integrates the F-ROC approach to enhance comprehension and implementation. Tailored for local officials and staff responsible for managing FEMA's Public Assistance Grants Program, this course equips participants with essential knowledge and strategies to navigate eligibility determinations effectively. Note: This course is part of the Public Assistance Course Series (PACS). To earn the PACS Certificate, you must complete FL-603(f), 608(f), and 609(f) courses. Once you have attended and received your certificate for all three courses, please email FDEM-RecoveryTraining@em.myflorida.com to request your transcript be reviewed for a PACS Certificate.

Target Audience This course is intended for personnel who currently manage, or those intending to manage, FEMA federal financial assistance grants, including: • Direct recipients and/or subrecipients • State, Tribal, local government • Private nonprofit entities
