Name L-950 NIMS ICS All-Hazards Incident Commander : ( L-950)
Description This course is designed to provide local and state-level emergency responders with a robust understanding of the duties, responsibilities, and capabilities of an effective Incident Commander (IC) on an All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT). These responsibilities fall into two categories: 1) responding to the incident and the command needs of the incident, and 2) effectively fulfilling the position responsibilities of an Incident Commander on an All-Hazards IMT.
PreRequisite IS-0100 Introduction to the Incident Command System, ICS 100 IS-0200 Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response, ICS 200 2019 V G300 Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents (ICS 300) 2019 V G400 Advanced Incident Command System for Command and General Staff - Complex Incidents (ICS 400) IS-0700 An Introduction to the National Incident Management System IS-0800 National Response Framework (NRF), An Introduction

Additional Information DUE TO REMODELING ACTIVITIES AT THE ORANGE COUNTY EOC, THIS CLASS IS BEING HELD AT THE CITY OF ORLANDO EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER. CLASSES WILL RUN FROM 8:30 AM UNTIL 5:00 PM, AT THE INSTRUCTORS DISCRETION.
