Name 2019 V G-300 Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents : ( 2019 V G-300)
Description This course provides training on and resources for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses. 2019 Version of G-300
PreRequisite IS-100 C. Introduction to the Incident Command System, ICS 100 IS-200 C. Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response IS-700.b An Introduction to the National Incident Management System IS-800.D National Response Framework An Introduction
Target Audience Individuals who may assume a supervisory role in expanding incidents or Type 3 incidents
Note: During a Type 3 incident, some or all of the Command and General Staff positions may be activated, as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level positions
These incidents may extend into multiple Operational Periods
Additional Information Arrive early to go through security •Bring your Student Identification Number (SID#). If you can’t find it, don’t remember it, or need to create one, please go to: •One of the Instructors will be sending you the classroom course manuals electronically for you to upload onto your laptop or convert into a hardcopy document. •Class will start promptly at 8:30AM and end approximately at 5:00PM each day at the discretion of the Instructors. •Bring a coat or jacket since the room may turn cold at times. •Masks and social distancing will be enforced. •Bring something to take notes with. • You must park in the parking lot to the south of the Police Department.
