Name L-105 Public Information Basics : ( L0105)
Description To equip participants with the skills needed to be full or part-time PIOs, including oral and written communications; understanding and working with the media; and basic tools and techniques to perform effectively as a PIO, both in the proactive/ advocacy times and crisis/emergency response.
PreRequisite -29a or IS-29
Target Audience Emergency Management Communications
Additional Information The Course will begin at 0830 on day one and end at 1700. The instructors will let you know about start times for the final 2 days.
