Name 2019 V G-300 Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents : ( 2019 V G-300)
Description This course provides training on and resources for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses. 2019 Version of G-300
PreRequisite Participants must have successfully completed: - IS0100, Introduction to the Incident Command System; - IS0200, Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response; - IS0700, National Incident Management System, An Introduction; - IS0800, National Response Framework, An Introduction Recommended: Experience using concepts and principles from ICS 100, ICS 200, and use of skills in a response or exercise.
Target Audience Individuals who may assume a supervisory role in expanding incidents or Type 3 incidents
Note: During a Type 3 incident, some or all of the Command and General Staff positions may be activated, as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level positions
These incidents may extend into multiple Operational Periods
Additional Information Class will begin at 8:30AM and end at 5:00PM each day Guests must access the Emergency Operations Center from the main doors pictured above. Entry doors are locked outside of business hours (8AM-5PM). Staff are available on training days to assist guests with entry. Signage is posted in the entryway with instructions on how to request assistance. The Osceola County Emergency Operations Center is equipped with an industrial kitchen available to students for use. Vending machines for snacks and drinks as well as water filtration systems are available on site as well. Lodging 1. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Buena Vista 2. Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-South Lake Buena Vista 3. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South Guest parking is free to students attending training at the Emergency Operations Center.
