Name L-449 Incident Command System (ICS) Curricula Train-the-Trainer : ( L-449)
Description This 5 day course prepares participants to deliver the Emergency Management Institute's (EMI) ICS 300 Intermediate Incident Command System, ICS 400 Advanced Incident Command System and the ICS/EOC Interface Workshop (G191). Participants must have a working knowledge of ICS through experience and training, be experienced in adult training, and agree to deliver the field version(s) of EMI’s ICS curricula.
PreRequisite •ICS-100C: Introduction to the Incident Command System, •ICS-200C: ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents, •ICS-300: Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents, •ICS-400: Advanced ICS for Command and General Staff, •IS-700B: National Incident Management System, An Introduction, •IS-800C: National Response Framework, An Introduction an Instructor Development Course.
Target Audience This course is for those who wish to be a part of the instructor cadre' for the State of Florida
Participants must have completed some form of an Instructor Development course, and it must be entered into SERTTRAC
Additional Information Class will be from 0830-1730 M-F. PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE LATEST VERSIONS OF THE IS-100, 200, 700 & 800. *SEE ABOVE FOR PRE-REQUISITES.* THESE CERTIFICATES MUST BE ENTERED INTO SERTTRAC BEFORE STUDENT IS APPROVED TO ATTEND. Casual work attire. No jeans, t-shirts, shorts, flip-flops, etc... This 449 is being offered to build the region 1 instructor cadre. Must have completed either the MGT-323, G-141, or a similar instructor course.
