Name 2019 V G-400 Advanced Incident Command System Command & General Staff: Complex Incidents : ( 2019 V G-400)
Description This course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). The course expands upon information covered in ICS-100 through ICS-300 courses. The target audience for this course is personnel who are expected to perform in a management capacity in an Area command or Multiagency Coordination Entity. Selection Criteria: Persons expected to perform in a management capacity in an area command/complex incident environment. Personnel must have completed the following ICS courses or an equivalent to these courses: ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300, ICS-700, and ICS-800.
PreRequisite IS-100 or IS-100.a or IS-100.b or IS-100.c or IS-100.FDA or IS-100.Fwa or IS-100.HCb or IS-100.HE or IS-100.Leb or IS-100.PWb or IS-100.Sca; and IS-200 or IS-200.a or IS-200.b or IS-200.c; and IS-700 or IS-700.a or IS-700.b; and IS-800 or IS-800.a or IS-800.b or IS-800.c; and I-300 or ICS-300 or G-300 or 2019 V G-300
Target Audience This course may be required by local jurisdictions, law enforcement agencies, fire rescue departments, etc to be taken to conform with DHS/NIMS/State guidelines or other requirements set forth by credentialing organizations
Additional Information Class will begin at 8:30 and end at 5:00 each day. Class will be located at the JAA Administration Building on the 3rd Floor in the AEOC. Please park in the Courtesy/Cell Phone Lot next to the parking lot in front of the JAA Admin Building. Agency Uniform or business casual is requested.
