Name MGT-345 Disaster Management for Electric Power Systems : ( MGT-345)
Description The Disaster Management for Electric Power Systems course is designed to provide training to electric systems managers and employees to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from, and mitigate against natural disasters, technological disasters, and human-caused incidents that affect or threaten electric power facilities and systems.
PreRequisite Participants are encouraged to take the online courses IS-100.b: Introduction to Incident Command System; IS-200.b: ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents; and IS-700.a: National Incident Management System (NIMS), An Introduction before attending the course.
Target Audience Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Service, Governmental Administrative, Law Enforcement, Other, Public Health, Private Sector / Corporate Security and Safety Professionals, Public Works
Additional Information Course will start at 08:30 AM and end at 05:00 PM on both days. Upon arrival, please enter the Combined Communications Center main entrance.
