Name G-300 Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents : ( G-300)
Description This course provides training on and resources for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses.
PreRequisite *-100.b or IS-100.c or IS-100.FDA or IS-100.Fwa or IS-100.HCb or IS-100.HE or IS-100.Leb or IS-100.PWb or IS-100.Sca *IS-200.b or IS-200 FW or IS-200.Hca *IS-700.a or IS-700.b *IS-800.b or IS-800.C *All participants are required to have a FEMA SID prior to enrolling in this training. If you do not remember what it is, can't find it, or need to create one, please "google" (FEMA SID number) or visit to register for a FEMA SID.
Target Audience Individuals who may assume a supervisory role in expanding incidents or Type 3 incidents
Note: During a Type 3 incident, some or all of the Command and General Staff positions may be activated, as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level positions
These incidents may extend into multiple Operational Periods
Additional Information *Class will start promptly at 8:30AM and end around 5:00PM all three days. *Arrive early to go through security and find parking. *Bring something to take notes. *The room may turn cold so bring jacket/sweater. *Need to bring your Student Identification Number (SID#) with you to class.
