The course provides an overview of Public Assistance eligibility costs as they relate to Category A-B work.
Target Audience
  • This course is intended for personnel who currently manage, or those intending to manage, FEMA federal financial assistance grants, including: • Direct recipients and/or subrecipients • State, Tribal, local government • Private nonprofit entities
Course Objective
  • At the end of this course, participants will be able to • Explain the purpose of emergency work
  • • Explain the purpose of emergency protective measures
  • • Identify eligible emergency protective measures and associated costs
  • • Identify required documentation for various aspects of the PA Program as it relates to emergency work
