2026 F-ROC Training Tour – Exercise Recovery: The F-ROC Readiness Review
Exercise Recovery is a dynamic, one day immersive training designed to transform how agencies Prepare to Recover from a disaster event. This course equips participants with the hands-on skills needed to apply FROC concepts and navigate FEMA Public Assistance requirements. Throughout the morning, attendees will learn to navigate essential F-ROC forms and utilize the Disaster Readiness Assessment (DRA) to identify operational vulnerabilities. The experience culminates in the afternoon with "Operation Recovery," a hurricane tabletop exercise where functional teams collaborate in real time. By applying the tools and frameworks learned earlier in the day to dynamic injects, participants will practice substantiating claims, reviewing costs, and mitigating risks under pressure.
Target Audience
Emergency Management personnel, operational staff, senior leadership, and dedicated functional teams (including Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, Public Utilities, Schools, Public Works, Health, EMS, Finance, and Procurement)
