FL-FROC-654 F-ROC: Approach and Overview for Leaders (previously FL-FROC-601)
This course is designed to provide executives, leaders, and other strategic leads at the Public Assistance Applicant level with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively implement the Florida Recovery Obligation Calculation (F-ROC) program within their organization. Participants will assess the impact that F-ROC will have on their PA process, will be able to identify and mitigate potential roadblocks by utilizing F-ROC checklists, and effectively lead their teams through the adoption of the F-ROC approach. By the end of the course, executives and leaders will have developed a comprehensive understanding of F-ROC and have the confidence to drive its successful adoption and integration within their organization.

Directors, deputy directors, department heads, and other executives who provide leadership and guidance for emergency management
