Name G-400 post 5/10/19 Advanced ICS Command & General Staff: Complex Incidents : ( G-400 post 5/10/19)
Description This course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). The course expands upon information covered in ICS-100 through ICS-300 courses. Personnel must have completed the following ICS courses or an equivalent to these courses: ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300, ICS-700, and ICS-800.
PreRequisite IS0100C, Introduction to the Incident Command System IS0200C, Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response ICS 300 (Post 2019 Version), Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents IS0700B, National Incident Management System, An Introduction IS0800D, National Response Framework, An Introduction
Target Audience The target audience for this course is personnel who are expected to perform in a management capacity in an Area command or Multiagency Coordination Entity
Selection Criteria: Persons expected to perform in a management capacity in an area command/complex incident environment
This course may be required by local jurisdictions, law enforcement agencies, fire rescue departments, etc to be taken to conform with DHS/NIMS/State guidelines or other requirements set forth by credentialing organizations
Additional Information Class will begin at 8:30AM daily. All class materials will be shared digitally before the course. Please ensure the latest versions of the pre-requisites are uploaded into your SERT Trac account for admission. The EOC can run cold, please dress accordingly.
