Name G-400 post 5/10/19 Advanced ICS Command & General Staff: Complex Incidents : ( G-400 post 5/10/19)
Description This course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). The course expands upon information covered in ICS-100 through ICS-300 courses. Personnel must have completed the following ICS courses or an equivalent to these courses: ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300, ICS-700, and ICS-800.
PreRequisite IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800 and G-300 (post 5/2019)
Target Audience The target audience for this course is personnel who are expected to perform in a management capacity in an Area command or Multiagency Coordination Entity
Selection Criteria: Persons expected to perform in a management capacity in an area command/complex incident environment
This course may be required by local jurisdictions, law enforcement agencies, fire rescue departments, etc to be taken to conform with DHS/NIMS/State guidelines or other requirements set forth by credentialing organizations
Additional Information Class times will be 0830-1700 each day. Please arrive early for EOC check in. The EOC opens at 0730 daily. Please bring a laptop or electronic device for course materials. The EOC tends to get chilly, so a jacket of light sweater is recommended.
