Description This course provides training on and resources for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses. 2019 Version of G-300
PreRequisite IS100.C Introduction to the Incident Command System IS200.C Incident Command System for Initial Response IS700.B Introduction to the National Incident Management System IS800.D National Response Framework, an Introduction
Target Audience Individuals who may assume a supervisory role in expanding incidents or Type 3 incidents
Note: During a Type 3 incident, some or all of the Command and General Staff positions may be activated, as well as Division/Group Supervisor and/or Unit Leader level positions
These incidents may extend into multiple Operational Periods
Additional Information Class Schedule: Day 1 times are as follows, subsequent days will be determined by the course instructors - Start Time: 8:00 am - End Time: 4:00 pm. Important Information: The EOC could be cold, recommended to bring a jacket or sweater. 2. Technology Requirement: Please plan to bring a laptop or tablet for course information. 3. Health Reminder: If you are feeling sick, please stay at home. 4. Attire: Professional attire is required.
