Description Overview of the 3 Courses in This Full-Day Training: *FEMA PA Cost Estimation: The F-ROC Approach* Learn core FEMA Public Assistance cost estimation techniques for disaster recovery, including Initial Damage Assessments, Joint Preliminary Damage Assessments, and project development. This course covers FEMA Cost Codes, estimation tools, early cost data tracking, hands-on scenarios, and an introduction to the Cost Estimating Format. *F-ROC Forms* Avoid common RFI issues like missing cost/damage details, military time, or GPS coordinates. This interactive course from the Florida Division of Emergency Management covers how to complete F-ROC forms, capture key data for your FEMA Project Worksheet (PW), and understand their role in the recovery process. *F-ROC Project Aggregation Tool (PAT)* Discover PAT, a tool that compiles all F-ROC forms into a summary workbook for Public Assistance expenses. Learn how you can save time with instructions for converting forms into reimbursable expense.
