Name G-489 Management of Spontaneous Volunteers in Disasters : ( G-489)
Description This course is designed to identify those issues and challenges in the management of spontaneous volunteer; how to manage these volunteer', develop a plan for your community; learn how to utilize and operate a Volunteer Reception Center (VRC). This course will also discuss best practices for managing volunteers including their use by VOADs.

Additional Information Class will begin at 830 AM in the Operations Room at the Volusia County Emergency Operations Center. The OPS room tends to get cold so please bring a light jacket or sweater.
