Welcome to FLEX

The State of Florida’s Division of Emergency Management is excited to introduce Florida’s Learning Exchange, or FLEX. FLEX represents FL’s future in Training and Education across the State and works to provide a consistent and intuitive instructional platform for both Florida’s instructors and learners.

This transition will allow the Florida Division of Emergency Management to continue its tradition of providing the highest caliber in training to its learners and to support our instructors through full life cycle course management. Please review the FLEX Overview for additional information regarding the system and FDEM’s next steps.
